In June 2023 I was given the opportunity to have some my paintings exhibited in the ArtMoments Bali event in the Intercontinental Bali, in Jimbaran Bali, Indonesia. It was an amazing turnout but unfortunately I was struck ill and couldn’t attend beyond the opening day.

The flower girl stands ready and waiting for her time to come forward. Her attire is simple and modest but her beauty comes from deep within.

In a landscape of our own experience littered by the remnants of us, only we can stand tall and persist. It may be cold and it might age us before its time but the freedom of dreams can keep us warm for another day.

Muse I
A merging of mystic iconography, modern cool and classic posing, the muse serves to challenge and embrace the manifestations of our human spirit. This image carries elements of life and death, hidden and all-seeing, rebirth and celebration entwined around a central feminine figure, beautiful and independent.
There is a journey from the guarded, to rebirth, fertility and celebration around an edgy & enigmatic figure blessed with the sight of hidden things.
